About me - from a space of acceptance and inner support ✨

I provide support to single parents and those who are ready for a profound transformation—a return to themselves, to their true selves. My work is a careful connection of thoughts, body, and soul, where every step leads to inner balance and the freedom to be yourself.

I believe that every person already has everything they need to be happy and whole. My mission is to support you on this journey: to help you recognize your strengths and vulnerabilities, strengthen your leadership from within, and awaken inspiration and sustainable self-motivation.

In my practice the following are important:

  • Emotional awareness and gentle control over reactions.
  • Physical care – walking, running, yoga, stretching, strength training.
  • Nourishment of the mind – reading and audiobooks that expand horizons.
  • A space of trust – I hear not only words, but also the silence between them.

I dream of being happy every day—and sharing this feeling with others. For me, happiness isn’t about big victories, but about the ability to see beauty in the simple, to connect with yourself and the world. If you feel like it’s time to return to yourself, to find inner strength and clarity, I’m here. A single parent coaching session with me isn’t just a conversation—it’s a place where you can connect.

Welcome to a space where you are heard, seen and supported.

My story

After the divorce, I was left alone with two children — 9 and 10 years old. No support. No “breaks.” Just me, them — and an endless list of tasks, worries, decisions. I held everything: school, clubs, work, everyday life, emotions. And all this — against the backdrop of guilt, fear of not being enough and the constant question: “Will I have enough strength?”But one day I realized: if I want a better future for them — and for myself — I need to get out of survival. Not wait until it gets easier. But create this “easier” myself.I gathered everything we had. And we moved to another, bigger city. Where there are prospects. Where there are opportunities. Where I can be not only a mother, but also myself. Where my children can see not only fatigue, but also hope. It was not easy. But it was honest. And it was my decision — out of love, strength and faith that we deserve more than survival. If you are reading this and recognize yourself, know this: you are not alone. You are not weak. You are simply carrying too much. And you have the right to start with yourself. When the children left the nest, I was not left empty. I was left full. I went through the path of loneliness, overload, doubt. I was the one who holds everything – and does not break. And now I am the one who rejoices. My children have grown up. They went into the world with what I was able to give them: love, fortitude, faith in themselves. And when the house became quieter, I did not get lost. I found myself.I went through training, practices, transformations – not for the sake of status, but for the sake of essence. I did not strive to become a “coach” or an “expert”. I strived to become a soul that sees, hears and understands. Today I live to be close to those who are now where I was. With single parents who hold everything and are afraid to fall. With those who are tired of being strong, but do not know how to be themselves.I don’t give ready-made solutions. I give space where you can breathe. Where you can be real. Where pain is not shame, but a point of support. If you are reading this, know: I am here. Not as a guru. But as a person who has been through it. And now walks alongside. My clients start their lives from a new page, restore their self-esteem and create the life they want.

Mission

Helping people to reach their potential, improve their cognitive abilities and develop constructive and critical thinking skills. Achieving their goals and overcoming both personal and professional barriers. Support and motivation, flexibility, empathy and listening skills, as well as a deep commitment to the client’s interests.

Biography

My name is Maryna Kornyeyeva.

I’m a practicing coach and mentor, supporting those who feel lonely, overwhelmed, and lost—but are ready to take a step toward themselves.
When you’re able to support others, but haven’t felt true support in a long time.
I work with those who experience loneliness – not only external, but also internal.
I love creating a space where you can be yourself and say out loud what you’ve been silent for a long time. Where you are heard, felt, and supported.
Metacognitive programming, exponential coaching, visualization—these are all tools that I adapt to you.
Under your pain, your story, your strength.
Where loneliness becomes a point of support, and pain becomes fuel for growth.

My specialty is transformational coaching based on metacognitive programming, exponential visualization, and cognitive behavioral approaches.
I would like to work with those who want to get out of survival mode and start living with inner support, clarity and joy.

My path includes:

  • A diploma from the Canadian Institute of Metacognitive Programming (CIP) covers deep work with thinking, beliefs, and internal dialogue.
  • Exponential Visualization Certification – a powerful tool for working with images, goals, and internal resources.
  • Exponential Coaching Academy training – practical techniques for sustainable transformation.
  • PCC (ICF) preparation and Professional Mentor Coach certification – in-depth work with personality, leadership, and emotional maturity.
  • CNA and CPR AED First Aid certification – validation of my experience in caring, safety, and physical support.

I don’t just learn—I practice. Every method, every technique, is personally integrated and adapted to the client’s unique needs.
If you feel that you are tired of being alone, that you want to believe in yourself and in life again – I am here.
A coaching session with me isn’t just a conversation. It’s a point of return to yourself.

As a result of working with Marina, I became calmer (because before I often went into a state of emotional exaltation both in sessions with her and in real life).

Now I understand that these were all (and still are) signs of neuroticism.

But since my goal is to achieve peace of mind and quiet joy intertwined with this peace - this shows me that we are going in the right direction (meaning the direction of our sessions, and the direction of my life)

Living easily and joyfully, with a smile, in the flow - this is also all about the same thing.

Continue to reduce the number of triggers (due to the development of calmness, tolerance, acceptance (of yourself, people and circumstances), reducing resistance.
I also noticed that there is a decrease in the charge in painful triggers (because by working through some of them, I discharge bombs in others)
I learned to track my emotions, states and thoughts, especially when some unpleasant situations happen.
Sometimes I track the emotional background (without special situations, but - I catch my states)

And for all this I am grateful to Marina and her sessions.

As for studying and mastering a new profession - I came to the understanding that I need to stop putting spokes in my wheels, focusing on negative thoughts, and start focusing on what can lead me to success.
"I can, I will be able to, I will find my own unique style in using the material and conducting sessions, in the future. Now my own work is important to me"

Although on the eve of the start of the RMT course, I again overwhelmed with anxiety and fears, and the old patterns have returned as one:
"I'm not enough", "I'm out of place", "everyone is so cool, young and advanced, and I'm not up to par, this is not my level"

We'll work on this now.

You are right. You saw and then practically pulled out a hidden request from me. Which I did not plan to discuss. But moreover, we were able not only to pull out, but to solve a long-standing problem. Now I understand why I broke up with my girlfriend Ira.

It turns out that all this time I did not see a soul in women. I saw a body, I saw a personality, but not a soul.

Now I understand what one gypsy's phrase meant many years ago: loves with the body, not with the soul. She said it as if in passing, as if an accidentally dropped phrase. But only now, 24 years later, I understood the meaning. Moreover, I understood my fundamental problem in relationships with the female sex. I simply did not see a soul in women. I saw a body. I saw a personality, but not a soul.

I don't know how it happened yesterday, but it was like a flash. It was like I saw something obvious. Shifted my focus. But it really changes everything...

Now I understand why I couldn't build a strong relationship until now. And I think I can do it without any difficulty now.

I apologize for being so frank, but I think you as a coach will find this interesting. Such a transformation.

Mariia Popova

I want to thank Marina as a skilled coach, sensitive psychologist and loyal mentor, with whom I have undergone transformations since our acquaintance and our very first session!

I trust Marina, because she is constantly developing as a specialist and working on herself as a person, a soul. Thank you for helping me see my behavior patterns, recurring scenarios, and most importantly - to develop a strategy for getting out of them and healing.

Creative success to you and see you again, because together with you I get to know myself and develop even more and more!🌺

I want to thank Marina for the session. I'm writing a review in about a week. I came with a request about anger. We analyzed a specific case. There is no anger towards objects.

We identified where my anger is localized in the body, I allowed myself to be angry. I came to the conclusion that if you can't work through anger in the moment, then at least catch the emotion, temporarily contain it and then work through it.

Thank you, Marina🌺.

I wish you a successful practice.
